By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Vita Thai Massage & Wellness

Vita Thai Massage & Wellness provides professional wellness and massage treatments designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellbeing. All treatments are therapeutic and non-medical in nature.

Services may include:

• Wellness Packages
• Additional spa and relaxation therapies

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments may be made online, by phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Vita Thai Massage & Wellness.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other guests.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
• No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount.
• Vita Thai Massage & Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Many wellness spas in South Africa apply advance booking, cancellation, and late-arrival policies to protect therapist scheduling and operational flow.

4. Health & Medical Information

Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or health concerns before treatment.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for all individuals. Vita Thai Massage & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where necessary for client safety.

Spa operators commonly require disclosure of medical conditions and reserve the right to refuse unsafe treatments.

5. Professional Conduct

All treatments provided by Vita Thai Massage & Wellness are strictly professional and therapeutic.

• Any inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, or sexual behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Vita Thai Massage & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate conduct.

Professional wellness providers commonly include strict conduct clauses to protect therapists and maintain a safe environment.

6. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We may accept cash, EFT, debit cards, credit cards, or approved digital payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
• Expired vouchers may not be redeemed.

8. Mobile Devices & Personal Belongings

Clients are encouraged to switch mobile devices to silent mode during treatments to maintain a peaceful environment.

Vita Thai Massage & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All branding, text, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Vita Thai Massage & Wellness unless otherwise stated.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including POPIA.

We respect client confidentiality and do not share personal information except where required by law or necessary to provide services.

11. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe and professional treatments, Vita Thai Massage & Wellness shall not be held liable for:

• Allergic reactions
• Injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Clients voluntarily participate in treatments at their own discretion.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Vita Thai Massage & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including:

• Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
• Health concerns
• Intoxication
• Failure to comply with these Terms of Service

13. Changes to These Terms

14. Governing Law
